In order to acquire necessary skills, Dr. Muto takes DNA strands from different species and mutates himself into several hybrid monsters. Each mutated version of the Doctor has a twisted look and a special set of skills which come in handy. The action plays out in 22 levels on four different planets against 10 different enemies.
